WALKER, Helen A.

Helen A. Walker, Glendale, Arizona, passed away June 23, 2002 at the age of 94.  Helen was the youngest of three children and was born in Liberal, KS, July 3, 1907. 

Survivors include her husband, Philip H. Walker; son, James P. Walker and her grandchildren, Kathryn Walker and Daniel Walker. 

Helen enriched the lives of many students in Clarksdale and Phoenix, teaching Freshman English and Physical Education. She and her husband enjoyed traveling the world and partnering cordial, but highly proficient games of bridge. 

Services will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2002, Sunnyslope Presbyterian Church, 9317 N. 2nd St., Phoenix. Memorial contributions may be made to Scottish Rite Foundation for Children, 345 W. Monroe St., Phoenix, AZ 85003.
