Faye Leona Chase, of Phoenix, AZ passed away April 1, 2003. She was born August 5, 1918 in Denver, Colorado. 

She is survived by her husband Benjamin S; daughter, Stephanie K. Saunders; and Diana J. Herman; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Saturday, April 5, 2003, 12-1PM at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 15th Ave. & Maryland, Phoenix, with service at 1:00PM. 

Burial will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, AZ.
