Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M., Friday, April 4, at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 5 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary.
