Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, April 03, 2008 Howard Dean, 78, of Mayer, Ariz., born Nov. 3, 1929, in El Dorado, Kan., passed away March 23, 2008, in Prescott, Ariz. Commemoration services in honor of Howard will be 3 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2008, at Sunrise Funeral Chapel, 8167 E. Highway 69 in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Sunrise Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Howard H. Otto, 86, of Cottonwood and Prescott, Ariz., born June 1, 1921, in Dearborn, Mich., passed away April 1, 2008, at Infinia Health Care in Cottonwood. A celebration of Howard’s life will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez, Prescott, with Rev. Kevin Miller officiating. Private burial will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery in the family plot, Glendale, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
