Jim Everhart, 66, of Surprise, Arizona passed away April 3, 2003. 

Memorial services will be held on April 7, 2003 at 10:00a.m. at the Arizona Traditions Ballroom located at 17221 N. Citrus Rd in Surpise. Donations to Hospice of the Valley in lieu of flowers.
