The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, April 5, 2003 Steven Phillips Maher, 42, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away April 3, 2003. Born in Jamestown, NY on Oct. 30, 1960 he moved to Arizona 10 years ago from Jamestown. He was a graduate of Michigan State University and a financial planner for Northwestern Mutual Life. He is survived by his wife, Karen L.; mother, Karen J. Maher, of Rochester, NY; father, Richard P. Maher, of Sarasota, FL; sister, Susan Maher, of Rochester, NY; brother, David Maher, of Jamestown, NY. Service will be held Sat., April 5, 2003 at 1pm at Messinger Mortuary Chapel, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. Concluding services will be held on Tues., April 8, 2003 at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, Novi, MI.
