Owens Livingston Mortuary, Snowflake, Arizona Shirley H. Rieck (June 10, 1925 - January 8, 2010) Shirley H. Rieck, of Snowflake, went to be with her Heavenly Father, January 8, 2010. She was 84. Shirley was born June 10, 1925 in Lakeside, AZ to the late Junius and Mollie (Beadle) Hansen. A life-long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints she was always serving others. Shirley a "true" Latter-day Saint, served as a 3 time past Relief Society President and was the epitome of charity. Shirley married the love of her life, Carl Rieck in the Mesa Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They enjoyed 65 years of marriage before her passing. Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Carl of Snowflake; Daughter, Mary Meneses of Snowflake; sons, Carl L. (Carmen) Rieck of St. George, UT and Jerry Lynn (Mary Ann) Rieck of Chandler, AZ; 13 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Marion Ray Hansen and Junius Elwood Hansen. A viewing and visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, January 14, 2010 at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19th S., Snowflake. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, January 15, 2010 at the Temple View Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with a viewing held one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Cemetery.
