DE GARAY, Pascuala Gamboa

Pascuala Gamboa de Garay, 89, of Miami died June 6 [2003] at Cobre Valley Community Hospital. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. A longtime resident of Globe-Miami, she graduated from Miami High School then returned to Mexico to marry Marcelo Garay. He died after only five years of marriage and Pascuala returned to the United States to join her family and became a naturalized citizen of the United States. She is survived by three sisters, Sofia Gamboa, Josefina Canizales and Agustina Barajas, all of Miami; and one brother, Tomas Gamboa of Miami. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated June 10 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Miami. Interment was in Mountain Breeze Memorial Gardens.
