Thursday A. J. Kellis and wife left for Sterling City, Texas, to be present at the 100th anniversary of his father's birth. The old gentleman, Mr. J. N. Kellis, was born April 20, 1826, and is hale and hearty and looking forward to the family reunion. 

His wife, who is 96, is still keeping house for her aged husband, who walks in to town from their home, which is out about a half mile, and brings back the supplies needed. All the immediate family will be present to celebrate the event of which they are justly proud.
