D'ANDREA, Ann

Ann D'Andrea, 81, affectionately known as Annie, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2001 in Scottsdale, AZ. Born September 30, 1920 in the Greenwich Village area of New York City, she moved permanently to Phoenix in 1995. 

Annie is survived in death by her daughter, JoAnn Fitzsimmons and son-in-law, Cotton Fitzsimmons of Phoenix; grandchildren, Gary and Nancy Fitzsimmons and two great-grandchildren, Tim and Kelley Fitzsimmons all of Danville, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and daughter Rose Mary. 

An avid Suns and Diamondbacks fan, Annie was a loving mother and cherished friend. 

Funeral mass Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 10815 N. 84th St., Scottsdale. Interment will at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to: Kevin Johnson's St. Hope Academy, 4104 Martin Luther King Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95820. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Arcaida Funeral Home.
