LOWNEY, Rudolph T.

Rudolph T. Lowney, 91, of Sun Lakes, Arizona, passed away March 11, 2001 after a long struggle with cancer. He was born in Wakefield, Michigan on August 6, 1909. 

Rudy is survived by his loving wife Lydia of Sun Lakes, AZ; son, Douglas Lowney (wife Joyce) of Tempe, AZ, and daughter Kay Simon (husband Don) of Park City, UT. He has six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Ruby owned 'Lowney Heating and Air Conditioning' in Milwaukee, WI until his retirement to Sun Lakes, AZ in 1980. 

Funeral services will be held at Valley of the Sun Memorial Park, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road in Chandler, AZ. Donations to the Otto and Edna Neely Hospice House, 487 W. Elliot Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85233 would be appreciated in lieu of flowers. The family wishes to thank all employees of the Hospice House for their overwhelming love and support.
