Helen Josephine Trzeciak, 91, of Phoenix AZ, died March 10, 2001. 

She is survived by a son, Kenneth F. (Deborah); sisters: Stephanie (Charles) and Mary Bednarczyk; a brother, Louis Zemanski (Winston); grandchildren: Kevin, Christopher and Charity (David); great grandchildren: Spencer & Hunter. 

Visitation and Rosary Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at Mercer's Chapel in the Garden. Funeral Mass: Thursday, March 15, 2001 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th Street. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 1028 E. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85006
