SIMPSON, Margaret Jean

Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona Sunday, January 10, 2010 Margaret Jean Simpson, a Kingman resident since 1975, passed away Christmas Eve at her home at the age of 83 after a brief illness. Her daughter Linda and grandson Bryan were at her side. She was born April 25, 1926, in Nanty Glo, Pa. She was an avid music listener, arts and crafts designer, and crocheter. She had an interesting life as the wife of a career Air Force master sergeant. She lived in Detroit where she met her husband, Russell Simpson. They were married for 45 years and lived in many parts of the world. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1987. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Simpson; and grandson, Bryan of San Jose, Calif. Due to her wishes, there will be no funeral services, but memorials can be sent to KRMC Hospice program.
