Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona Wednesday, January 06, 2010 Jack Martin, 69, a 33-year resident of Dolan Springs, passed away Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, of an undetermined illness. He is survived by his wife, Sally; son, Forest; and grandsons, Ryak and Renzai of Myrtle Point, Ore. He is also survived by Sally's daughter, Melissa; and granddaughter, Jessica. Still living are his brother, David Martin; and two sisters, Carol Fallis and Judy Welcome. He brought to us a perspective of uncompromising appreciation for the natural world through his music, instruments and intense interest in the natural sciences. He loved the big things and could magnify the little things. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, at Jack's Castle, 18257 Olive, Dolan Springs.
