Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona Thursday, December 17, 2009 Beloved owner of the late City Café, Jean Petculescu, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009. He is survived by his three children, John, Nicholas and Nicole. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at the First Southern Baptist Church, 3120 Hualapai Mountain Road.
