Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona Thursday, November 19, 2009 Daniel Arthur Thomas, 63, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, in Kingman. Born June 21, 1946, in Winnipeg, Canada, Daniel moved to Golden Valley 11 years ago, where he found work as a bus and truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Thomas of Golden Valley; six children: daughters Lucille, Melissa and Becky, all of Golden Valley; and sons, Quinton and Robert of Canada and Harry of Golden Valley; and nine grandchildren. Services will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Sutton Funeral Home. Danny loved football and hockey and many other sports. He also loved camping and traveling with his family or sometimes just with his wife. Danny also had a great appreciation and love of music of all kinds. Our beloved Danny will be missed by many. "May the Great Eagle soar with us all in the spirit world, both here and there. We love you, Danny."
