Philip G. Vilardi, 71, born April 21, 1938, in Brooklyn, N.Y., passed away Jan. 8, 2010, in Dewey, Ariz.

A visitation for family and friends will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to YRMC Hospice, 3262 N. Windsong Drive, Prescott Valley, Az., 86314.
