MCPHILIMY, Eloise

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 6, 2003 Eloise McPhilimy, passed away on April 4, 2003 in Chandler, AZ. She was born on February 3, 1912 in Wilkinsburg, PA to Archie and Lena Ritts. Eloise taught school for 18 years after graduating from Wilkinsburg High School and Pennsylvania State College. Following her marriage to John McPhilimy in 1949, they lived in Saudi Arabia until moving to Phoenix upon his retirement in 1963. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, and is survived by her children Marcia Morrison of Chandler, AZ, son Keith McPhilimy of Morenci, AZ, step children John McPhilimy of Boulder, CO, and Nancy Riebe of Belgrade, MT, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A loving, wonderful person, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held Monday, April 7, 2003 at First United Methodist Church, Jones Chapel, 5510 N.
