Visitation is Mon., April 7, 4-7pm, Rosary at 6pm, Universal Memorial Center, 1100 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ. Service is Tues., April 8, 10:30am, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ. 

Interment will take place at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 5005 East Oak Street, Phoenix, AZ.
