Marilyn Watson, 27, a native of Phoenix, passed away on March 31st, 2003.
She was born on January 25th, 1976 and is survived by her mother Barbara, father Bill, and brother Tony. Marilyn was a beautiful, talented, kind, and sensitive person who loved animals. She was a caring soul who enjoyed helping others. This love translated into her life's work; sign language interpreting. Marilyn not only wanted to be the best interpreter possible, but she also wanted to help and befriend her deaf and hard of hearing students.
Another of Marilyn's passions was art. She possessed both creativity and talent in this area. Today, many of her works, which range from paintings to embroidery can be seen proudly displayed in the homes of her family and friends. Marilyn touched many people throughout her life. She was loved greatly while she was with us and will be missed greatly now that she has passed on.
Private funeral services will be held on Monday, April 7th.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Arizona Humane Society (1521 W. Dobbins, Phx., AZ 85041, attn Joan Lipt).
