Ariel A. Jardine
Ariel A. Jardine Moore, of Phoenix died on May 31, 2003 at the age of 96. She was born in Sauk Centre, MN in 1906. Her husband Leo and son Leo Jr. preceded her in death.
Ariel graduated from the Kahler School of Nursing in Rochester, MN in 1928 and received her Masters in 1941 from the University of Minnesota. She served with the Public Health Service during much of World War II and was with Stuart Symington's War Asset Administration in Washington, D.C. Ariel was a longtime nurse in Arizona, Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, and North Dakota.
Ariel enjoyed traveling and collecting antiques and was active in the Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of American Colonists, Daughters of Colonial Wars, Huguenot Society, and Colonial Dames XVII Century. She was also involved with the Phoenix Museum of History and was a longtime member at All Saints' Episcopal Church in Phoenix.
