OLSON, Wade Allen

Wade Allen Olson, 39, was born in Phoenix, Arizona; died May 26, 2003.

He is survived by his wife, Eileen; son, Matthew; daughter, Nora; brother, Terry (Laura) Olson, Tampa, Florida; sister, Dawn (John) Harvey, Avondale, Arizona; parents, Bob and Roxy Olson, Surprise, Arizona.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, June 7, 2003 at American Lutheran Church, 1830 W. Glenrosa, Phoenix, at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes any contributions be made to Teen Challenge of Arizona or American Lutheran Church, in memory of Wade Olson.
