COSGROVE, Kenneth Scott

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 19, 2005 Dr. Kenneth Scott Cosgrove, born June 7, 1966 in Lansing, Michigan, passed away on February 16, 2005 in Eloy, Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Karen, and daughters Kendall and Kayden of Tempe, Arizona. His parents, Judy BANWELL of Holland, Michigan, Dennis COSGROVE of Mesa, Arizona, grandparents Mary PATTISON of Lansing, Michigan, Jean MURNINGHAN of Dimondale, Michigan, his brothers Dr. Dennis COSGROVE, Jr. of Cookeville, Tennessee, Scott COSGROVE of Okemos, Michigan and sister Kim JAMIESON of Charlotte, Michigan. Kenneth was a graduate of Arizona State University and received his doctorate at Illinois College of Optometry. Services were held in the chapel of Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery located at 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. Interment at the cemetery.
