MARTINEZ, Cassandra Elisha

Cassandra Elisha Martinez, 22, passed away April 25, 2003 in Phoenix. She was born on November 13, 1980 in Phoenix, AZ. She is a community member of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. 

She is the daughter of Edward Martinez and Belva Sampson Martinez. Maternal grandmother, Lina Sampson; brothers: Edward and Mario; sister, Angela; children Monicia, Hilda, Daniela, and Gabriel. 

A wake will be held on Friday, May 2, 2003 at the Salt River Indian Community Memorial Hall at 5pm, 9849 E. Virginia. 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2003 at the Salt River Assembly of God at 8am, 10654 E. Virginia. 

Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements.
