Martin, 56, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 23, 1953 in Burlington, N.C., passed away Dec. 28, 2009 at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit in Prescott. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley with a memorial service to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Unity Church of Prescott, Ann Martin Cancer Fund, 145 S. Arizona Ave., Prescott, AZ 86303. Martin died Monday, December 28, 2009 at the Bob Stump V.A. Medical Center, Hospice Unit, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born July 23, 1953 in Burlington, North Carolina; the daughter of John and Mary (McMillan) Faust. Ann was 56 years old. Ann was a member of Unity Church of Prescott, founder/owner of the Life Enrichment Center, a teacher and spiritual advisor. She and her mother, Mary, loved to travel in their R.V. aournd the country. Ann especially enjoyed helping and teaching others throughout her life's journey. She will be missed by all who knew her.
