Billie Ruth Clow, 70, of Peoria AZ, passed away December 15, 2000 after a lengthy battle with kidney disease. She was born August 22, 1930, in Globe, AZ. 

A loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Buford of 53 years. Daughter Andrea Bloomquist and her husband Kevin, son Stephen and his wife Carmen and son Clifton. Her brother Gene Walker. Grandchildren; Angela, Poyner, Elizabeth, and Audrey Clow. Daniele, Tanner, and Garrett Bloomquist. 

Services will be held Friday.
