CARTLEDGE, Charles C.

Charles C. Cartledge, 88, of Sun Lakes, a retired Doctor of Optometry, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000. Dr. Cartledge was born in San Blas, Sinaloa, Mexico, and came to Arizona in 1924. 

A graduate of the University of Southern California in 1949, he practiced optometry in Phoenix for many years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #35 since 1930, a 33rd degree Mason, and a Shriner. 

Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Margaret G. Cartledge; and two sisters, Genevieve Medigovich of Payson and Emma Flores of San Diego. 

Services Wed., Dec. 27, 2000, at Sun Lakes Community Church, 9240 S. Sun Lakes Blvd, Sun Lakes. Memorials to Odyssey Hospice, 202 E. Earll Drive, Phx AZ 85012.
