Clifford "Bud' Holland, age 81, passed away April 4, 2003, at home in Taylor, AZ. Bud was born in Colorado and moved to Arizona as an infant. He attended schools in Phoenix, graduating from Phoenix Union High School. After serving 5 years in the U.S. Army during World War II, he owned and operated Nelson-Holland Builders Hardware until approximately 1986, when he retired. Bud enjoyed raising racehorses.
He is survived by his wife, Angeline of Taylor; one son, Larry of Taylor; 1 step-daughter, Florence Stafford of Glendale; 3 sisters, Velma Moore of Waddell, Marie Mundy of Litchfield, and Joan Wilcox of Phoenix; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 8th, at Phoenix Memorial Park with a viewing at 9 AM at the mortuary chapel.

Bud was born in Colorado and moved to Arizona as an infant. He attended schools in Phoenix, graduating from Phoenix Union High School. After serving five years in the U.S. Army during World War II, he owned and operated Nelson-Holland Builders Hardware until approximately 1986 when he retired. Bud enjoyed raising race horses.
He is survived by his wife, Angeline, of Taylor; one son, Larry, of Taylor; one stepdaughter, Florence Stafford, of Glendale; three sisters, Velma Moore of Waddell, Marie Mundy of Litchfield, and Joan Wilcox of Phoenix; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. April 8 at Phoenix Memorial Park. Owens Mortuary of Snowflake handled the arrangements.
