She was born Aug. 31, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Frank and Jeannette Masters. Survived by husband John of 34 years, her mother, Jeanette, brothers, Michael, Gregory, and Richard, and many other loving relatives and friends. Graduate of Alverno College, RN, BSN. University of Arizona, M.S. Served in the US Air Force 1963 to 1966. US Air Force Reserve in 1966 to 1978, Head nurse of Pediatrics Dept. Tucson Medical Center. Research Associate U of A. Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor U of A College of Nursing. Nurse Practitioner Consultant, AZ Board of Nursing 1980-2000. Audrey's educational and professional accomplishments are but a small part of value of her life. The values taught to her by her parents and her church, grew and matured as she grew and matured. She had a very high standard of ethics, honesty and compassion. Her strength of character and her value system made her a role model for anyone who knew her. It is a mystery why God would call her home when persons of her worth are so badly needed in this troubled world. She will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held at 9:30 AM, Saturday, 3rd of May, at The Church of St. Raphael, 5525 West Acoma Rd., Glendale, AZ. Burial with Military honors at the VA National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., is scheduled for a later date.
