PADGETT, Mildred I.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 01/15/2010 Mildred I. Padgett went to be with her Lord Jan. 8, 2010. She was born in Detroit Mich. July 30, 1925. She had a deep love for her Savior and played piano in serveral local churches for 34 years, the last 10 years at Concho Valley Community Church. Millie loved gardening, knitting, crocheting and being with her family in the White Mountains. She worked as a secretary at the Apache County Attorney's Office for 10 years. Millie is survived by her husband of 46 years Edward D. Padgett; children Clifford Hensley of Georgia, Keith Hensley of Neb., LynnAnn Dexter of Va.; step-children Cecil Padgett, Kathryn Fansler, Frank Padgett and Suzanne Pasdgett of Globe. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mildred's name to The American Cancer Society. Family services will be held. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled arrangements.
