HUBBELL, George Gordon

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 01/15/2010 George Gordon Hubbell, 49, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010 at Lakeside. George was born Sept. 20, 1960 in Phoenix to the late Gordon George and Gilda Madelyn (Linden) Hubbell. He has lived the past several years in Lakeside and had worked for a time as a gas station attendant at the Chevron in Pinetop. George thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors and loved living in the beauty of our White Mountains. George is survived by his two brothers Gregory Norman Hubbell of Phoenix, Geoffrey Linden Hubbell (Suzanne) of Chandler; sister Geri Lynn Rodie of Phoenix; half-brother, Frank Linden of Colo. and his nieces and nephews. George's family would also like to extend their gratitude to George's good friends, Tina and Jeff, who took time out of their busy lives to look after George's special needs. A private family service for George will be held later in the spring, at which time he will be laid to rest with his parents in Forest Lakes.
