Helen A. Phare, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 2, 2003. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1919, the daughter of the late Michael and Ana Lavrencik.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Gilbert C., residing in Phoenix for over 37 years. Helen was predeceased by her brother, Rudolph.

Viewing hours at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd. 5-8 PM Thursday, June 5, 2003. Burial services are scheduled at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek & Pinnacle Peak Rds 10:00 AM Friday, June 6th.
