Nancy Lee Rose, 47, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on June 2, 2003 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Survivors include her son, Matthew, D. Rose, 13, of Phoenix, AZ; her parents Jim and Lucille Whitaker of Dewey, AZ; sisters Pat Whitaker, Judy Ratcliff and Lauri Baird (husband Clint) all of Phoenix, AZ; Kathy Whitaker of Anderson, IN. Nieces Sarah Cook, Amber Ratcliff, Amanda Cook, Caitlyn Ratcliff. She is preceded in death by her sister Mary Cook.

Visitation will be held on June 5, 2003 from 11am-1pm with services at 1:00 pm at Camelback Sunset Chapel Funeral Home, 301 W. Camelback 
Road. Contributions can be made in Nancy's name to Hospice of Arizona, 2222 W. Northern, Phoenix, AZ 85021.
