The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 8, 2003 Genevieve Barragan, 74, of Phoenix, passed away on April - 5, 2003. She was born on January 3, 1929 in Tempe, AZ. Her husband Ernest and daughter Sylvia preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, Patricia Perez and her husband Joe, Ernest G. and Bertha Motley, five grandchildren, Steve, Ruben, Maria, Berdie and Norma, and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation, Tuesday, April 8th, 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., A. L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 9th, 10:30 A.M., St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 909 South 1st Avenue. Burial at St. Francis Cemetery.
