He was a member of KC Council 7159, Phoenix, AZ; beloved husband of Arlene (Syrek); loving father of Suzanne Czajkowski, Melissa (Bruce) Perkinson, Allison (Mark) Edwards, Stacy (William) Schimbke and Ross Czajkowski; dearest grandfather of Brad and Ryan Perkinson, Faith Edwards and Matthew Schimbke; dear brother of Walter (Mary) Chase, Florence Nagler, Arthur Czajkowski, Eleanor Schuster, Terry (Barbara) Czajkowski; brother-in-law of Elaine Syrek; also uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 from 6-8 PM. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 9, 2003, 7PM at St Joan of Arc 3801 E Greenway Road Phoenix, AZ 85032.
