The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 8, 2003 Lula Dell Draper Knoodle, born August 9, 1934 in Vassar, Michigan to Charles Floyd Draper and Lula May Force, passed on to be with the Lord on Friday, April 4, 2003. Best known as a woman of integrity, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, counselor, teacher, mentor and friend. Her many interests included sewing, quilting, and in recent years the family genealogy. For over 25 years she taught at the Christown Women's Bible Study helping to change lives. Lula Dell was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C. Knoodle, two brothers and one sister. Survivors include three sons, Rev. Norman and wife Cheryl, David and wife Judy and J. Daniel, 8 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, sisters: Charlotte Trejos, Alta Ramey and Bea Price.
