She is survived by Mike, her loving husband of 23 years; sons, Jon-Michael and Ian; her parents, Raymond and Janice; brothers, Ray and Rob; and grandmother, Evelyn Burden of IN. She was a dental hygienist and a part-time faculty member at Phoenix College. Visitation will be Wed., April 9, 5-8 p.m., Carr-Tenney Mortuary, 2621 S. Rural Rd., Tempe. Funeral mass, Thurs., April 10, 2003, 9:00 a.m., Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 3550 E. Knox Rd., Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Denise P.
