James Sherman Hazelett, 76 of Glendale, AZ passed away on April 5, 2003. James was born on October 30, 1926 in Wayne, West Virginia. 

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Jean; daughter, Diana Jean Enos; daughter preceded in death by Linda Sue HazeIett; sons Gary J. and Ronnie Dale Hazelett; sister, Glenna May Adkins; several nieces and nephews also survive; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

Private service will be Friday, April 11, 2003, 11:00 A.M. at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ with burial at Tempe Double Butte Cemetery, Tempe, AZ.
