Delphia McIntosh Winters, 77, of Phoenix, AZ passed away April 6, 2003. She was born in Unicoi County, Tennessee and moved to Phoenix in 1949. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Delbert K. Winters. 

Delphia is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Kelley Winters, daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Richard Phillips and five grandchildren, Lindsay and Troy Winters, and Sarah, Rebekah and Timothy Phillips. Delphia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2003 from 9:00 - 10:00 AM with Services following at 11:00 AM at Greer-Wilson Funeral Home, 5921 W. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ. 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Arizona Baptist Children's Services, 8920 N. 23rd Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021.
