Hazel Monroe Moore, age 77 of Phoenix Arizona, died May 27, 2003.

Visitation on Friday, June 6, 2003, 6p.m.-8p.m. at Universal Sunset Funeral Chapel, 7007 S. Central Ave. Services are Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at the Greater Progressive Christian Church, 1529 W. McDowell Rd. Interment will follow at East Resthaven Park Cemetery.
