The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, April 10, 2003 LuVerne M. Down, of Scottsdale, AZ died suddenly of heart complications on April 8, 2003. She was a member of Eastern Star, a volunteer at Osbon Healthcare and dearly loved by both family and friends. She is survived by her son, Bruce MacCallum and wife Julie; daughter Susan McTaggart and husband Jack; grandchildren Shari MacCallum Clark and husband Phil, Kristin MacCallum Dondlinger and husband Ray, Raielle MacCallum Peterson, Kathy McTaggart Kempf and husband Jason and Scott McTaggart; great grandchildren Jacob Kempf, Jarod and Conner Dondlinger and adopted sons Jim Fiori and Marco Lara. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 11, 2003 at 5:00 P.M. at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, AZ. Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. The family requests memorials to American Heart Assn., 2929 S. 48th St., Tempe, AZ 85282.
