MEDINA, Gregory D., Jr.

Gregory D. Medina Jr., 21, of the Salt River Indian Community, passed away on April 25, 2003, in Phoenix. He was born on September 18, 1981 in Phoenix, AZ. 

He is survived by his mother, Denita Delowe; Step-father, Gilbert Schurz, Sr.: Father, Gregory D. Medina, Sr.; Sisters: Denean, Delola, Denrica, and Fayrica; Brothers: Ricky and Aaron; Maternal Grandmother, Bonnie Delowe; Paternal Grandmother, Carol Goodwin Ontiberos; Maternal Great Grandparents, Harriet and Silas Waters, and Elsie Lewis of Santan; Girlfriend, Crystal Ford and unborn child; three step-daughters: Alicia, Celeste and Rosey; five aunts and 4 uncles. 

Wake will be held on Friday, May 2, 2003 at the Salt River Memorial Hall, 9849 E. Earll Dr. from 5-11 PM. Afterwards he will be taken to his home at 2108 N. Extension, Salt River Indian Community. 

Funeral Services will begin at 8 AM at the Salt River Assembly of God Church, 10657 E. Virginia Ave. on Saturday, May 3, 2003. 

Interment will be at the Salt River Cemetery. Luncheon following at Salt River Memorial Hall.
