The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, April 10, 2003 Mr. Juan G. (Tino) Mendoza was born January 7, 1928 in Jalisco, Mexico. He passed away April 6, 2003 in Parker City, Arizona. He is survived by his wife Betty Mendoza; 8 daughters Maruca, Rachel, Martha, Bertha, Gracie, Yolanda, Diana, Margaret and 8 sons Juan Jr, Jaime, James, Michael, Albert, Richard, George, David and 68 grandchildren, 56 great-grand-children. Also 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be held at Greenwood Mortuary Chapel, Thursday, April 10, 2003 at 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral servcies will be held at St. Agnes Church on 1954 N. 24th Street in Phoenix on Friday April 11, 2003 at 9:00am. He will be laid to rest at Greenwood Memory Lawn and Cemetery.
