West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 8, 2010 George E. Moore III, 59, of Avondale died Dec. 31, 2009, in Phoenix. Mr. Moore was born April 3, 1950, in Chicago. He was raised in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 1996. He is survived by his mother, Corrine Moore Threalkill; two sisters, Tamara Avant and Paulette Smith; and two brothers, Dennis R. and Michael C. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear. Memorials may be made to Southwest Center Preventions/Wellness/Research, 1144 E.
