Mrs. Penley was born April 1, 1962, in Burbank, Calif., to Raymond and Jenneane Nelson. She is survived by her husband, Tom; two daughters, Stephanie Gibson and Kristine; her parents, Ray and Jean; one sister, Heather Galvin; one brother, Jeffrey Nelson; and two grandchildren. Visitation will run from 5 to 7 p.m. Jan. 11 at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. Services will begin at 7.
