SUNDBERG-MEYER, Dallis Marie

Dallis Marie Sundberg-Meyer, 2, born August 15, 2000 in Phoenix, AZ, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2003.

Dallis is survived by her parents, Nicholas Meyer and Stephanie Sundberg, grandparents, Neil and Linda Sundberg, and Marvin and Elizabeth Judd, great-grandparents, Beverly Pearson, Ed and Carol Provence and great-great grandma Linda Horton. Her aunts and uncles, Sarah and James Edelstein, Lawrence and Kim Sundberg, April Sundberg and Levi Chappel, cousins, Zachary, Brandon, Kayli, J.T., Jacob, Toby and many other people who loved her and will miss her.

Services will be held at 11am, on Saturday, June 7, 2003 at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
