Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, April 20, 2008 Theodore Smaydy, 91, of Prescott, Ariz., born Oct. 26, 1916, in Rhone, Pa., passed away April 16, 2008, in Prescott, Ariz. Commemoration services in honor of Theodore will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz., with military honors by American Legion Post #6. Burial will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Ariz. Sunrise Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
