PAONE, Josephine

Josephine Paone, 76, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on June 4, 2003.

She is survived by her husband Thomas Paone, 4 children Tom, Nancy, Bob and Mary Jo, 10 grandchildren, Tom, Tony, Gina, Julie, Michael, Mike, Joe, Michelle Cale and Natalie and 2 great-grandchildren, Tony Jr. and Anna-Marie, sister Rose Christian.

Affectionately known as Jo, she was born in Chicago, IL on April 15, 1927. Moved to Phoenix, AZ in June of 1964.  She was a loving wife of 56 years. Her family was her life and she will be remembered for her generosity and love to all who came into her life.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Sunday, June 8, 2003 at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary, 5830 W. Missouri Ave., Glendale with Funeral Mass at 10am on Monday, June 9, 2003 at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 3140 N. 51st Ave., Phoenix. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale, AZ. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5656 in memory of Josephine Paone.
