Lloyd George Smith, 82, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away June 5, 2003.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 8, 2003 at Biltmore Nazarene Church, 5604 N. 24th St., Phoenix, AZ 85016. Contributions may be made to Biltmore Nazarene Church. Arrangements entrusted to Desert Hills Chapel.
