JAKUBIK, Delia

Delia Jakubik, 74, died May 1, 2003 in Scottsdale, AZ. 

She was born July 14, 1928 in Chicago, IL and moved to Scottsdale 12 years ago from Skokie, IL. Delia is survived by her husband George, son Michael and his wife Lynn of St. Charles, IL, daughter Delia and husband Jose Rodriguez of Scottsdale, and seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Greg, Matthew, Amanda, Mikala, Tony and Mackenzie, and two sisters Gloria and Carmen. 

Memorial contributions are requested to St Mary's Basilica, c/o Rev. Alonso DeBlas 231 N. 3rd St. Phoenix, AZ 85004-22 19. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday May 3, 2003 at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church 10755 N. 124th Street, Scottsdale. Messinger Indian School Mortuary assisted the family.
